I'm Becca, head baker and owner of The Back Forty Baker. Here at the Back Forty Baker, we offer a variety of desserts and treats for any occasion. From decadent bars to chewy or crispy cookies, homemade bars and more, we have something for every dessert lover. The Back Forty Baker is located just outside of Kincardine, Ontario. We are a fully licensed and health-inspected home bakery where cleanliness and delicious tasting desserts are our top priority.

Where are you located?The Back Forty Baker is a home based business that is fully licensed, certified and health inspected. Your order can be picked up at 1193 Southline, Kincardine, ON. - it is the farm at the corner of the Southline & Bruce Road 7. Look for the John Deere mailbox and Back Forty Baker sign at the end of the laneway! We also participate in markets and pop-up shops. Watch our facebook page for these additional shopping options.

Do you offer gluten free and other allergy free products?We offer gluten-wise dessert features. Although we take every precaution in preventing cross-contamination of gluten, we do use wheat products in our bakery so our desserts can not be certified gluten-free.

Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?Although we prefer the order is paid ahead of time through our website, we do accept cash and debit when your order is picked up. We can also accept cash and debit on-site at pop-up shops and markets.

Are all of your products made from scratch?Yes! We are happy to say that all of our products are made from scratch with no harsh preservatives.

Do you offer custom cake and cupcake orders?In the past we have offered custom cakes and cupcakes however we are no longer in the custom baking business. Instead we have shifted our focus as a business to offer you the most epic bars and cookies!
